Our journey began as practicing engineers in other industries. Our passion for real estate shaped the path forward. We purchased our first investment property in 2005 and opened Select Investments LLC.

Over the years, we’ve expanded our skill sets while growing an investment property portfolio. Along the way we’ve gained invaluable hands-on real estate experience .

Gradually, we became investment property owners and managers, construction project managers, real estate brokers, and ultimately licensed Professional Engineers.

Eventually, we left our engineering jobs to focus on real estate investing. Then we found ourselves missing the fast-changing technical challenges of engineering. That led us to merge both worlds, founding Select Engineering LLC.

We provide engineering services to real estate related companies, property owners, and Realtors, bringing together deep expertise in engineering and a firsthand understanding of the real estate industry.

Christian Kidwell

Director of Sales

Christian started in sales early. His first “sales job” was selling used golf balls back to the golfers on the course in his community as a child. From there, he hustled his way up, mastering the art of persuasion one deal at a time. With a career spanning a lifetime in sales, Christian has closed more deals than most people have had hot meals. Now at the top, he still applies the same charm, strategy, and relentless drive that got him here.

Ralph “Woody” Cromley Jr

Ralph entered into sales after a full career in the Army. Discipline, strategy, and determination aren’t just buzzwords for Woody, they’re a way of life. Whether leading a team or closing a deal, he brings the same commitment and tactical precision that defined his military career. These days, instead of battle plans, he’s mapping out sales victories, proving that leadership and hard work win in any arena.

Aimee graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS in Medical Technology. Aimee is an original managing member of Select Investments LLC founded in 2006. Aimee has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2008. Aimee holds her brokers license at Select Realty Services LLC. She currently maintains memberships with National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Florida Association of REALTORS® (FAR), and the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®. With years of active real estate experience, Aimee has become an expert at finding projects and completing the sales process.

Steven “DJ” Drescher Jr, PE

Qualifying Professional Engineer I Real Estate Broker

DJ graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS in Computer Engineering and The University of New Mexico with an MS in Electrical Engineering.

He was a practicing engineer at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) at the John Glenn Research Center and Sandia National Laboratories on Kirtland Air Force Base before entering the real estate industry.

Along the way he bought several investment properties, became a construction project manager, property manager, Professional Engineer, and real estate broker at Select Realty Services LLC.

Many real estate projects were single-family “flips”, others were multi-family apartment buildings that we still own and manage.

Dan Drescher

Business Development Partner | Real Estate Broker

Dan has been involved in real estate since he received his degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati in 2006. Dan has experience in all areas of real estate. Working in commercial real estate development, in Cincinnati and South Florida, Dan specialized in transaction negotiations and analyzing complex market conditions. He transitioned into residential real estate in 2011, when he first represented several buyers in their home purchases. Dan’s understanding of the negotiation process enables him to complete deals and give his clients a successful and satisfying experience.

Dan is the principal broker for Cincy Flat Fee, LLC in Cincinnati, Ohio. Dan and DJ have worked closely together for years, combining their skills and strengths, to help build real estate companies.

Dan lives a full life outside of real estate. He and Jen, his wife, recently became parents. He is active in the community, being a Big Brother in the Big Brother Big Sister program. He is also a certified Firefighter and Paramedic.
